Also, the rollers on the Epic Treadmill are of the cheaper kind. This might not pose problems right now, but this could work against you in the future. You should get an extended warranty if you are buying an Epic treadmill such as the Epic T60. 6. One must also take notice that there had been product recalls of the T60 model, due to a defect in its gas/spring shock which caused injury to some people. This was due to an assembly flaw for products manufactured in 2004 and early 2005. Overall, you’ll still get a lot of value at this price. Though it has some considerable shortcomings that won’t be noticed by most average consumers, this can be a very useful exercise tool if used right. Most other models within the same price range would find it hard to beat an Epic treadmill with its features. Consumer reviews have also rated the Epic T60 as a “budget buy”. This is a very good treadmill for the buyers on a tight budget. So if your budget is only $1000, better get this one.
